Massage therapy involves the assessment and manipulation of the bodies soft tissue structures and joints to cause a therapeutic response in the treatment and prevention of physical dysfunction.  Massage can help alleviate discomfort associated with injuries, stress, muscular overuse and many chronic pain syndromes.

Josh is a Registered Massage Therapist and Certified Athletic Therapist with a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Human Kinetics from the University of Guelph, a Bachelor of Applied Health Science Degree in Athletic Therapy from Sheridan College and a Diploma in Massage Therapy from the Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy.

Josh is a distinguished Athletic Therapist as he has been twice recognized as the Trainer of the Year by the University of Guelph. Josh is also a Level 2 Alpine Ski Instructor, Level 1 Certified Alpine Race Coach and holds an Emergency First Responder Designation with HCP-CPR & AED through the Canadian Red Cross.

Josh is a strong manual therapist who believes that to be successful in sport and in life, an individual needs to better understand the body and what occurs during its return to non-injury state. Josh advocates safety and continues to learn the latest advancements in concussion testing and evidence-informed rehab to help clients safely return to life and sport without consequence.
